Since then, while Dubai has seen other Trump-branded ventures, this will be the first tower to bear the iconic name.

The Dubai Trump Tower marks the third major collaboration between Dar Global and The Trump Organization. Just recently, the duo announced a Trump Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a 200-meter high-rise featuring 47 floors, 500 luxury apartments, and amenities inspired by global landmarks in New York and London. Priced between SR4 million and SR50 million, the Jeddah project signals a growing appetite for ultra-luxury living in the region.
