Abu Dhabi to Welcome Two New Islands: A $3.5 Billion Waterfront Development

Abu Dhabi is set to transform its skyline with the construction of two new islands, part of a major project between Mubadala and Aldar. This ambitious Dhs13 billion ($3.5 billion) development aims to create vibrant island communities off the coasts of Saadiyat and Yas Islands, blending modern living with stunning natural beauty.

The first island will be situated between Saadiyat Marina and Reem Island, encompassing three kilometers of pristine waterfront. Its strategic location near Saadiyat’s Cultural District, which includes landmarks like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, positions it as a prime residential area.

The second island, located between Yas Island and Al Raha, will span 3.7 million square meters. It will feature premium waterfront homes designed for luxury living, complete with high-end amenities and breathtaking views.

As the project progresses, it promises to redefine the future of living in Abu Dhabi, offering residents an unparalleled lifestyle in a lush, wellness-focused environment.
